A calm terminal system monitor — free, open source (MIT), for macOS & Linux.
Install
Homebrew (macOS)
brew install 828tech/glint/glint
Install script (macOS & Linux) — verifies the download's checksum before installing
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/828tech/glint-cli/main/install.sh | sh
Then run glint for the live view, or glint status --json for a one-shot snapshot.
Using the Glint Mac app?
Run glint share on that Mac, with the fleet code from the app, to fill in per-process detail in the Glint Mac app.
Requirements
macOSmacOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon or Intel.
Linuxarm64 or x86_64 (static binaries — no Swift runtime needed).
