How can we help?

Glint is made by a small, independent studio — when you write in, a real person reads it.

Email us and we'll get back to you, usually within a day or two.

Common questions

What's the difference between the App Store and Direct builds?

Both are the same $10 and share the same core. The App Store build is sandboxed and installs from the Mac App Store. The Direct build adds per-process drill-in and one-click quit, which macOS only allows outside the sandbox. Buy either one and the other is free — email us to arrange the crossover.

My license disappeared after an update.

If you're running a pre-release or self-built copy, re-signing can clear the stored activation. Re-enter your key, or email us and we'll sort it out.

A machine isn't showing up in my fleet.

Fleet discovery over the local network only works on the same subnet, and both machines need publishing turned on with the same fleet code. For machines on different networks, use iCloud sync. Still stuck? Send us the details.

How do I turn off diagnostics?

Open Preferences and toggle crash & diagnostic reports off. They're anonymous either way — see our Privacy Policy.

Is glint-cli really free?

Yes — fully open source under the MIT license, on Homebrew and GitHub, forever free.
